Fan Filter Units (FFU) are terminal purification devices that combine fans and high-efficiency filters (HEPA) or ultra-high-efficiency filters (ULPA) to form their own powered terminal purification equipment. They are used in laminar clean rooms and can be easily matched with any ceiling frame to achieve cleanliness level 1000 or even level 1 requirements.
